Communication Friendly Home-Based Settings for childminders research programme: Finance
The Stronger Practice Hub (SPH) involved in this EEF Research Programme is Pen Green SPH.
Payments to childminders will be made:
- For the additional time required to be part of a pilot programme. This will involve:
- Completing two online short surveys for the Universities of York and Sheffield at the beginning and end of the programme;
- Engaging in email conversations with the researchers;
- Being interviewed by the researchers (some childminders).
- To contribute for the time spent participating in the programme, payable upon successful completion. For childminders following the SLS route this is £386.25 per childminder and for those following the LTU5s route this is £296.25 per childminder (proportional to the time commitments for the two programmes).
