This was the most useful course I have ever done and is so relevant to my job role. I feel much more confident in supporting all children with their speech, language and communication development and well equipped to recognise if and when a child may need further intervention. I feel so glad to have been given this opportunity.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to going on to complete the level 4 and share with all staff.

Really enjoyed the course. I found it enjoyable and used a lot of the information in practice. I would love to work within this field and would love to do more courses like this in the future.

The staff were all so much more confident for having almost a term's worth of our Elklan practice under our belts amongst other CPD so I wanted to say thank you. Our inspector verbally fed back that it was amazing to see such a wealth of knowledge and high quality of practice across all the team; even the most inexperienced including our first year apprentice. So we really are grateful! . The impact on the team has been so great. I’ve got staff talking about ICWs and making photo cards in their break times; also making story baskets and offering ideas for building phonemic awareness in staff meetings. It’s changed our culture I really do believe! So thank you!

Very informative love the layout of the slide lots of detailed information would 100% recommend. The amount of information you learn is so vast! And I loved the conversations we were able to have between settings over the meetings to learn from each other. I was sad for it to come to an end!

The Vocabulary Planner is invaluable in planning for the words and prompts that could be used to encourage language in individual children. Invaluable guidance for all practitioners.

I just wanted you to know how valuable it's been for me to do this course. I would champion this course to anyone. It has given me a new level of understanding for the children I work with and how difficult it must be for children who really have a development delay.
