This MUST be embedded in the curriculum, as part of PGCE and delivered as CPD! This is a whole school approach and all teachers should follow this practice.

I loved every element of this course, it has honestly been so useful and I'm so happy that I can improve my practice and help my children because of it.

Incredibly useful course for Early Years practitioners which really gives you the insight into the development of speech and communication, understanding how to support children and ways to incorporate amendments to practice that makes a big difference.

I have really enjoyed this course and it has helped me to use ELKLAN and the SEMH together. They really work together and complement each other.

On a personal level I find that I have extreme joy in the increasing number of communicative moments I am having with certain children since starting the course. It can be so frustrating when everything you have tried with a child isn't working as you would expect and this approach is helping children to 'look up and out' as we are finally tuning in!
